Week One: June 15 – June 21
Week Two: June 22 – June 28
Week Three: July 6 - July 12
Adult Leader Meetings: March 23, 2025 and May 6, 2025
In his tenth year on the RSR Staff and fourth year as Camp Director, Silas, a school social worker with degrees from Cedarville University and Lewis University, is excited for the 2025 season, and enjoys playing the drums and trumpet in his free time.
In his sixth year at RSR, Kyle is pursuing a psychology degree from the University of Illinois. Kyle is an Eagle Scout, Vigil member of Waupecan Lodge and R.D. Duncan Award recipient. Kyle is most passionate about three things: Scouting, Dr. Pepper, and the Dave Matthews Band.
Returning for her fifth year, Catherine, is pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. An Eagle Scout from Troop 2562, she is also the current Section G9 Chief in the Order of the Arrow. Catherine is eager to create another amazing summer at RSR.

Our summer camp program includes over 45 merit badges, interactive afternoon and evening programs, team-building exercises, and unique activities like COPE and Pathfinders. Each week is packed with opportunities for Scouts to learn, grow, and have fun in a rustic, natural setting.
The summer camp is open to all Scouts BSA members. Specific programs like Pathfinders are tailored for first-time campers, providing a supportive environment for younger Scouts to thrive.
Campers should pack essentials such as a sleeping bag, clothing for various weather conditions, sturdy shoes, toiletries, a flashlight, a refillable water bottle, and any required medications.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to camp with your unit or volunteer to assist with a merit badge class. Your involvement helps ensure the smooth operation of camp activities and maintains our 2-deep leadership standard. Please complete the Youth Protection Training available at My.Scouting.org.
