Waupecan Lodge is one of eight lodges that make up Section G9 and we attend Fall Council of Chiefs, Winter Council of Chiefs and Conclave. These events are a lot of fun but also provide a lot of opportunity and additional leadership training that can be used to improve your unit. Connect with scouts from our region and open new leadership pathways.

All four Scouting America high adventure bases offer special treks exclusively to OA members at a deep discount. Also, every two years, all members are invited to the National Order of the Arrow Conference to experience premier leadership training and activities designed to inspire.

Unit elections are a vital part of keeping the Order of the Arrow strong and growing. Elections requests open each February, and links are sent to the Unit Key 3 via email. If you have not received your election materials by mid February, please contact admin@oa197.org for assistance.
All elections must be completed by May 1st, so it’s important to submit your preferred dates early. Adult nominations must also be submitted for approval by Waupecan Lodge no later than May 15th. For units attending out-of-council camps, you can request a "Courtesy Call-Out" for your Scouts and adults from the visiting lodge. After submitting your request, your unit will receive official documentation allowing the call-out to take place.
Elections are a fantastic opportunity to recognize Scouts and leaders who embody the values of Scouting and the Order of the Arrow.
Please direct any elections questions to: vcinductions@oa197.org
