Beaver Days

April 1st, 2017 & May 13th, 2017

 

Come out and help improve your camp.  The main focus of this Beaver Days is to clean up camp after the long winter months and continue with brush removal.  If you have them, please bring; loppers, bow saws, and a battery powered reciprocating saw. 

 

GLOVES, LONG PANTS AND LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS ARE SUGGESTED. 

 

Lunch will be provided for all who register prior to the registration close date.  We have inside projects that can be completed if there is wet weather.

2017 Scout Night with Chicago Fire Soccer Club

Come support the Chicago Fire Soccer Club as they take on their rivals the Columbus Crew SC on April 8th, 2017 at Toyota Park!

Webelos Walkabout

This program will allow Scouts to complete the Webelos Walkabout, one of the core required adventures for the Webelos Badge, as well as advance towards the Leave No Trace Award and World Conservation Award. Scouts will hike as Boy Scouts along the 3-mile Wauponsee Glacial Trail, complete a service project, and take leadership roles in Patrols.  Contact Brian, should you need further info: This email address is being protected from spambots. 3rd Annual Community Golf Outing

Committee Members - Jim Galbraith, Advantage Chevrolet Bolingbrook & Mike Lawler, Bolingbrook Village Trustee

 

Come and enjoy the facilities and amenities offered at Boughton Ridge Golf Course and experience some unique and fun challenges during the event. Our 3rd annual Rainbow Council Community golf outing will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017.  Registration begins at 1 pm with a 2 pm shotgun start.

 

The cost for golf is $100 per person which includes 9 holes of golf, riding cart, 2 drink tickets, reception and dinner. Add on a challenge bracelet for $35.00 to participate in all on course challenge events. Challenge event prize opportunities include multiple Hole-in-One contests, a brand new Chevrolet vehicle, 2 - $5,000.00 putting prizes, sports equipment, various gift cards and much, much more. Mulligans will also be available as part of our Best Ball Scramble.  

 

A reception followed by dinner will start at 5 pm immediately following golf. Cost for the reception and dinner only is $40.00. Silent auction items will be available for bid during dinner. All proceeds generated during the event will directly benefit the over 4,500 youth involved in the Scouting program in the Rainbow Council.
